Ghost Revolution’s 20th Anniversary

Today is the 27th and marks the 20th anniversary of the concept of Ghost Revolution. I remember my first series called Magical Creatures, where I would draw nothing but weird pokemon-like creatures, but since I wanted to draw people better, I created Ghost Revolution to focus on that more. Originally I was going to scrap Ghost Revolution for Dream Catchers, but I ended up liking the characters too much. Dream Catchers will be after GR or a side-project for a one-shot somewhere. Dream Catchers is at least 15 years old, haha.

But I first uploaded Ghost Revolution onto deviantART, in 2005.

Here is the first pic and character I ever created for Ghost Revolution. It’s Krow and his shikigami Ko and Ro. It was done analog, and scanned.

Here are a couple of more old Ghost Revolution drawings.

Aside from that I will re-draw the Krow pic for the 20th anniversary, so in the meantime, here is Rai:

I hope you guys had a great Holiday season. I hope next year will be much better than this goddamn year, good LORD. What a horrible, horrible year. No job, mental health low, the world is shitty right now. The full grown-ass adults can’t even run the world properly… meh.. on a positive note, I’ve been re-reading Nurarihyon no Mago(ぬらりひょんの孫)And it’s one of my favorite manga ever made. I love the art style and characters so much. Yuki Onnas are my favorite(Tsurara and the others)!

The style is so cool!! It’s one of the manga that has inspired a lot of GR, if you haven’t read it, please do! The anime is so bad…..

Also look what I found at Walmart! I really like this series, I was really considering getting it for myself but I’m too low on money right now, hahaha! It looks gorgeous printed! Also Riftan pisses me off lol. God he’s such a fucking dumbass lol.

Anyway…

Here is my cat, Maze, to cheer you up if you’re feeling down:

In-case I don’t make a post on New Years, Happy New Year!
